Liam Wells is an Associate at Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services, specializing in industrial properties throughout Ventura County. A graduate of the University of California, San Diego with a Bachelor's degree in International Relations – International Business, Liam brings a dynamic background in commercial real estate brokerage, financial analysis, underwriting, commercial mortgage origination, and sale leasebacks of owner-user assets.

Prior to entering the commercial real estate field, Liam served in the United States Air Force as a flight medic, instilling in him a strong sense of discipline, service, and attention to detail. Additionally, his understanding of ownership from a debt perspective allows him to effectively advise clients with the insight of someone who speaks the language of both equity and financing.

As a proud Ventura County resident, Liam is passionate about helping local businesses grow by aligning his market knowledge, strategic approach, and appreciation for the community with the unique needs of each client, both institutional and individual. When he’s not in the office, Liam takes full advantage of California’s natural amenities—snowboarding, surfing, and hiking—to stay sharp, focused, and ready to serve his clients with energy and clarity.
